Job type: Permanent full-time

Location: London, Cardiff or Banbury – you will be contractually based in the office nearest to you with hybrid working.

Hybrid working: You will be able to work from home or the office and come into the office to collaborate with your team(s) when required. We have flexible core hours, and we don’t believe in a culture of presenteeism. We will discuss what is important to you and to us during the recruitment process.

Salary & Benefits: £52,900 to £60,000 depending on experience + 10% pension, 25 days annual leave + bank holidays, 35 hour working week, up to 13 flexi-days, private medical insurance, life assurance, and much more!

The role

As our Senior Marketing Manager, you will identify, develop and execute large-scale citizen/consumer marketing strategies and ideas that will inspire people to live in a more sustainable way and that will attract significant, new, long-term funders and partners in the UK and beyond:

  • Turn consumer insights into big ideas, innovative concepts and stand-out creative that change behaviour at scale
  • Develop a partner funding pipeline and co-create marketing programmes with partners
  • Develop, plan and oversee the end-to-end execution of marketing programmes that meet our ambitious goals
  • Manage and develop 1-3 marketing managers directly and lead an indirect team of marketing managers, digital specialists, traditional and social media specialists, subject matter specialists and designers

The successful candidate will:

  • Have the vision, ambition and strategic thinking to develop, deliver and evaluate high profile integrated marketing programmes.
  • Have a creative mind to identify strong audience insights and convert them into inspiring ideas, supported by understanding of all qualitative and quantitative research techniques.
  • Be able to manage a wide variety of marketing activity, from behaviour change and fundraising, to partnerships, education, and thought leadership.
  • Be expert in using and integrating all online and offline marketing channels to deliver outstanding impact efficiently
  • Be a brilliant people collaborator, manager and leader
