Who are we?

WRAP is a global environmental action NGO championing the shift towards a circular economy, fundamentally reshaping how we produce, consume, and manage resources. Our vision is a world transformed, in which Circular Living is commonplace. Where the systems that provide our everyday goods contribute to the world's prosperity and sustainability instead of reducing it.

WRAP is driving Circular Living through four key areas: accelerating the circular economy, future-proofing food, preventing problem plastics and transforming textiles. We catalyse action from policy makers, businesses, NGOs and citizens to make it happen.

We have offices in the UK, USA and Australia, and live projects in over 30 countries.

Join us at WRAP and you'll drive important change to make Circular Living the norm.

The role

As WRAP’s International Marketing Manager, you’ll manage strategic partnerships, drive international engagement, and elevate our citizen-campaigns, including Love Food Hate Waste, on the world stage. If you're a relationship-builder with a passion for behaviour change and a knack for global collaboration—this is your chance to make real impact.

Key responsibilities:

  • Managing and growing WRAP’s international network to reduce household food waste.

  • Acting as account manager for global partners and LFHW licensees, ensuring strong collaboration.

  • Supporting international partners with campaign strategies to drive local behaviour change.

  • Organising impactful, inclusive stakeholder events and engagement opportunities.

  • Building new global partnerships to support WRAP’s mission and income generation goals.

Who are we looking for?

  • Proven experience in account and relationship management, ideally across international networks.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate.

  • A solid understanding of behaviour change principles, especially around household food waste.

  • Commercial awareness and experience contributing to income generation or brand growth.

  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.

WRAP is a climate action NGO working around the globe to tackle the causes of the climate crisis and give the planet a sustainable future. Our vision is a thriving world in which climate change is no longer a problem.

At WRAP we believe that our natural resources shouldn’t be wasted. And that everything we use should be re-used and recycled. Our mission is to make the world a more sustainable place. We bring people together, we act on the facts, and we drive change.

Our core purpose is to help tackle climate change and protect our planet by changing the way things are produced, consumed and disposed of.

If you join us at WRAP – and we think you should – you'll help us by tackling sustainable product design, reducing waste, encouraging re-use or advocating recycling across the food and drink, plastic packaging, clothing and textiles and the collections and recycling sectors.

You can help us all to do better.

If you think you have what it takes but your experience looks different to what is advertised, please still apply. We welcome applications from everyone regardless of your age, race, gender, neurodiversity, ability, beliefs, sexuality, or personal preferences.

We want to help you be your best, so please contact us if you require any assistance or adjustments during the recruitment process.
