Who are we?

WRAP is a global environmental action NGO championing the shift towards a circular economy, fundamentally reshaping how we produce, consume, and manage resources. Our vision is a world transformed, in which Circular Living is commonplace. Where the systems that provide our everyday goods contribute to the world's prosperity and sustainability instead of reducing it.

WRAP is driving Circular Living through four key areas: accelerating the circular economy, future-proofing food, preventing problem plastics and transforming textiles. We catalyse action from policy makers, businesses, NGOs and citizens to make it happen.

We have offices in the UK, USA and Australia, and live projects in over 30 countries.

Join us at WRAP and you'll drive important change to make Circular Living the norm.

The role

As a Senior Project Manager in WRAP Americas you will provide the project management leadership, financial oversight, and administrative support to our rapidly growing, high-profile, US-based national and international programmes to drastically reduce food waste and associated damage to the environment and climate on a global scale.

You will sit at the heart of a team of world-leading experts, researchers, and campaigners, both within the immediate WRAP Americas team, WRAP colleagues globally, and with world-leading NGOs such as WWF, ReFED and WRI.

You will be responsible for ensuring this complex and hugely ambitious programme operates smoothly and effectively across all stakeholder and partner organisations, systems, and processes. You will also ensure that WRAP complies with relevant financial, quality and reporting standards and regulations as required by funders, prime contractors, regulators, and WRAP’s own corporate governance processes.

The role will need to adapt and evolve WRAP Americas’ project management systems and processes, in collaboration with WRAP colleagues globally, in line with the growing complexity and scale of the US-based delivery programme.

Who are we looking for?

  • Outstanding project management skills with broad experience of successful delivery of complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives
  • Experience in financial management and grant compliance
  • Familiarity with EPA or federal grant reporting requirements
  • Excellent organizational and documentation capabilities
  • Proficiency with financial tracking and project management software
  • Spanish language skills are highly desirable though not essential

If you think you have what it takes but your experience looks different to what is advertised, please still apply. We welcome applications from everyone regardless of your age, race, gender, neurodiversity, ability, beliefs, sexuality, or personal preferences.

We want to help you be your best, so please contact us if you require any assistance or adjustments during the recruitment process.
